Located in the small coastal township of Pine Point on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula, our park is proudly built on a piece of local history.
Originally established in the 1970s following the closure of the Pine Point School in 1973, the site became an important part of the local community. The park was initially managed by the Pine Point Progress Committee under the care of the Yorke Peninsula Council.

Pine Point Caravan Park & Kiosk - Today

Pine Point itself has a rich history dating back to the late 1800s, with the town growing through farming, fishing and close-knit community life along the Spencer Gulf coastline. Today, it remains a peaceful seaside destination loved for its relaxed atmosphere, stunning sunsets and family-friendly beaches.

In the late 1990s, the Cornish family took on the lease of the park, continuing its role as a welcoming stop for locals and visitors alike. In 2006, the Bright family proudly took over the lease and have continued to grow and improve the park over the years.
In 2018, the original school classroom was thoughtfully transformed into the park kiosk, which now offers hot food, liquor, tobacco and a range of grocery essentials for guests and the local community.

After much dedication & hard work the park is no longer leased. The caravan park freehold was purchased in 2023.
Today, we are proud to provide a welcoming place for families, travellers and holidaymakers to relax, unwind and enjoy everything Pine Point and the Yorke Peninsula have to offer.
